Prior to joining AGI, Jutta worked at several Investment Banks on the sell side in France and Germany and then switched to the buy side. Prior to this, David ran Citigroup's Global Rates & Credit e-Commerce businesses for 17 years. David previously managed Citi's cross-asset class FICC e-Commerce businesses in Europe and was also heavily involved in the launch of the FIX protocol to the Equities market whilst at Salomon Brothers in the late-90's; he has a genuine cross-asset class appreciation of e-trading. More recently, David’s clients, on both buy-side and sell-side, span areas as diverse as regulatory-driven futurisation in OTC interest rate space, efficiency changes in fixed income primary markets, a technology network utility-driven initiative in European credit markets, a global investment management company’s e-strategy, advising a regional savings and investment bank on ecommerce and regulatory reform strategy. David also currently leads a trade association focused on European fixed income, cash and derivative, market regulations for the European non-equity MTFs. Lee is responsible for foreign exchange execution globally and also oversees fixed income trading in the UK and Asia. In 1991 Lee joined Sun Life Investment Management (which became part of AXA IM) as a member of the US equities team, moving into the fixed income team in 1994 as an analyst and from 1996 as an investment manager. In 2002, he moved to Trading & Securities Financing (TSF) to help establish fixed income, foreign exchange and money market dealing. In 2006, all pan-European FX trading was incorporated into TSF. Lee also worked with the business to develop electronic systems and oversee transaction cost analysis activities. In 2010, TSF created a desk to handle our global MM business and in 2012 Lee was given responsibility for fixed income execution in the UK and Asia. Lee is Chair of the Investment Association’s FX Working Group and a member of their Fixed Income Trading Stream. He is also a member of the Bank of England’s FX Joint Standing Committee on FX and a member of the Quorum15 Board. Lee left school after A-levels and worked in the equities markets for a number of years before joining Sun Life Investment Management in 1991.

Thierry de Vergnes is the Former Global Head of Debt Fund Management of Lyxor Debt Fund Management activities: a business ( fka Egret Management LLP) that he founded and managed for Société Générale Group until its sale in January 2017. Mr de Vergnes joined Societe Generale in April 2004 as Managing Director of Projects and Development within the Leveraged Finance team. In 2005, he initiated the formation of Egret Management LLP, now Lyxor AM UK, which, since its formation, has raised more than 1 billion € invested in sub investment grade loans and bonds through a CLO and debt funds. Prior to this Mr de Vergnes was co-head of Indosuez Capital, the US based Merchant Banking and Asset Management arm of Credit Agricole Indosuez (currently known as Credit Agricole Corporate Investment Banking) that he had joined in 1995, and was Head of the Merchant Banking activity. As co-head of Indosuez Capital, Mr de Vergnes participated in management and served on investment committees of five CDO funds totaling more than $2 billion in aggregate (75% leveraged loans, 25% High Yield bonds). Mr de Vergnes began his career in Paris at Indosuez in the Credit Department before transferring to the Equity Capital Department and moving to London in the Corporate Finance activity. He has particular experience in the Cable, Healthcare Services, Waste Management Services and IT sectors. Mr de Vergnes is French, has a degree in Mining Engineering, an MBA degree from the Institut Français du Petrole and is registered with the FCA.

Grigorios joined SWIP in January 2013 from Royal Bank of Scotland’s Economic Capital Modelling team where he worked on valuation, stress-testing and capital modelling of the global loan and credit portfolios of RBS Group. Grigorios holds a BSc and MSc in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens and a dual MSc in Financial Mathematics from Heriot-Watt and University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining Fenics, he was most recently the Global Head of Hedge Fund Sales and Client Development at the CME Group where he oversaw their successful entry into the cleared interest rate swap market for the Buyside. He also spearheaded internationalization at the exchange, significantly growing their client-facing presence in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. During his tenure at the CME, the exchange significantly grew it's percentage of electronically executed contracts as he focused on technology and the evolving demand for robust connectivity across platforms and technologically savvy market participants. Andy’s aim is to build Curve Global into a best in class fixed income futures derivative exchange. Andy joined Curve Global in 2016. Andy was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was the Global Head of Listed Electronic Execution & European Head of Derivatives Clearing. Andy joined Morgan Stanley in June 1998 as an analyst in Operations, serving in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. Following a short stint at Deutsche Bank, Andy returned to Morgan Stanley in June 2004, with promotion to Vice President in Operations. After a diverse career in Operations, Andy moved to the Counterpart Portfolio Management where he was promoted to an Executive Director. Andy then lead the OTC clearing business in Europe and was promoted to Managing Director. Andy was responsible for listed and OTC clearing in Europe and global electronic listed execution in his last role at Morgan Stanley. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree (2.1) from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining the stock exchange, Nathalie worked as a business and IT consultant at organizations such as Capgemini and Axime/Logica where she managed various projects and audits in the financial markets space.
