Chris is a globally experienced former UK Government Hostage Negotiator/Crisis Manager who has lived or operated in Europe, the US, Middle East, Africa and others.He has trained Governments, private organisations and NGO’s in effective communication and negotiation and has corporate experience as Head of Global Operational Security/Intelligence for FTSE 100 ‘Blue Chip’ companies in the UK and overseas.He was a lead trainer on the UK National Hostage Negotiation Course at New Scotland Yard is a graduate the FBI Crisis Intervention Course at Quantico, Virginia. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and a member of the International Security Managers Association (ISMA) Executive Leadership Programme. Chris now works with individuals and businesses to increase the effectiveness of communication in business, in the public sector and private life. He is in demand as a mentor; a speaker at corporate events on topics such as motivation, leadership and how advanced negotiation skills can translate to business.He is currently studying clinical psychotherapy.
