Robert Welsh

Head of the High Yield Credit Trading book, EMEA Bluefin

Robert is head of the High Yield Credit Trading book in Europe, responsible for managing all High Yield ETF and bond positions. After graduating from Oxford University in 1997 he joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  He left in 2000 to join Goldman Sachs, spending sixteen years in a variety of roles culminating in running the European Convertible Bond trading desk for three years. A keen golfer, Robert plays regularly off a handicap of eight.  He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and two children.
