Kate Finlayson

Kate Finlayson is an Executive Director and Head of FICC Market Structure at J.P. Morgan. In her market structure role, Kate actively engages with venues, service providers and industry bodies to form views on key developments, advising clients and internal groups on the impact of market structural developments and regulatory drivers. Kate is a member of working groups across AFME, ISDA and ICMA and has over 18 years’ experience in financial markets, spanning Equities, FX, Rates and Credit. Kate joined J.P. Morgan from UBS, where she held various positions in Equity Prime Brokerage, FX Prime Brokerage and Clearing Sales before moving to the FX, Rates and Credit Execution Services business. Prior to UBS, Kate worked at Goldman Sachs in Equity Capital Markets and Prime Brokerage.
