Adil Kurt-Elli

Adil Kurt-Elli is a 20+ year finance veteran, Adil’s legal and banking career included working at Linklaters and HSBC in Europe and the Middle East. During that time, Adil helped establish and run an award-winning, world-leading emerging markets DCM platform by delivering sophisticated and innovative funding solutions for sovereigns, corporates and financial institutions in support of M&A, infrastructure and restructurings amongst other things. He has always taken a hands-on approach in delivering for partners and institutional clients which led to a series of senior management roles within HSBC including most recently as Global Head of the Upstream Oil and Gas Debt business.

At Synch, Adil is responsible taking the teams’ decades of experience and combining these into a unique and innovative enterprise—grade fixed income platform. Key achievements to date include developing an intuitive UI to deliver access to powerful, algorithm driven functions such as auto-comping and dynamic filtering.
