Andrew Dell has a long and varied career including senior and Global Head roles in capital markets, investment banking and as CEO of Africa for HSBC. Specialising in Emerging Markets where challenges centered on complexity and opacity over and above more typical financial, regulatory and operational risks, Andrew acquired a comprehensive technical and managerial tool kit to apply to his current investing, venture and advisory portfolio. Originally hired by HSBC to spearhead and lead the non-Asia EM capital markets business, the result was the No1 ranking in Emerging Markets DCM globally and multiple team and deal awards.
