Andy Beer

Andrew Beer is managing director, head of UK sales at Tradeweb. Andrew joined Tradeweb in 2013 as money markets product manager, a position he held for three years before moving to a rates specialist role.

 After spending a year living and working in New York as a Mountbatten Intern for UBS Investment Bank, Andrew joined the firm in 2006 as fixed income settlements analyst. Other roles at the firm include operational relationship manager and ECP sales trader for the short duration sales team. In 2012, he joined the rates sales team, providing sales coverage for the UK Pension fund community employing a Liability Driven Investment strategy.

 Andrew holds a MChem in Chemistry from Oxford University, and an International Diploma in Management from University of Cambridge.
