Asha Lepore is the Global Head of Credit & Public Finance E-Sales at J.P. Morgan, where she is responsible for driving modernization in how the firm leverages platforms to exchange risk with clients across the Credit businesses. She is a member of the Credit & Public Finance Management Team, as well as the Global FICC E-Sales Management Team. In addition to her business responsibilities, Asha is committed to developing talent at J.P. Morgan. She serves as a Senior Advisor to the Women In Sales (WInS) Committee, which was created to enhance firmwide efforts to retain, develop, and promote female talent. Asha joined J.P. Morgan after earning a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
