Sallianne Taylor

Sallianne Taylor is the Global Head of Bloomberg’s Market Structure & Strategic Alliances team since 2014. She has 30 years of experience working at Bloomberg L.P. as an expert in data management liaising with exchanges, clearing houses and trade reporting venues across the world. 

Over the course of her career, Ms Taylor has contributed to key milestones in the development of the company. She oversaw the connectivity between Bloomberg and a number of exchanges, allowing clients in Europe and Asia to transact directly through the Terminal for the first time. She also oversaw the creation and sale of Bloomberg’s first enterprise product, Data License, and was part of the team that founded the analytics desk, which helps client use the many functions and solutions on the Terminal. She also played a key part in the development of real-time monitoring functionality. Her previous roles include Global manager of Exchange Business Management, Global Head of Analytics, Manager of European and Asian Product Strategy and Manager of Terminal and Data License Sales.

Sallianne was named Woman of the Year at the inaugural Waters Women in Technology & Data Awards 2018 and in the same year recognised as one of Top 100 Most Influential Women in Finance in Europe by Financial News. She represents Bloomberg on the executive committee of the FISD (Financial Information Services Division of the Software & Information Industry Association), is Co-Chair of the FISD Vendor Constituency Group and is a member of the Sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative Corporate Working Group.
