Global Head of Financial Derivatives, Intercontinental Exchange ICE Data Services

Chris joined Intercontinental Exchange in 2015 as Head of European Interest Rates and in 2018, was promoted to Global Head of Financial Derivatives covering ICE’s global interest rate and equity derivatives markets. Since joining, Chris has expanded ICE’s interest rate offering with the launch of Eris interest rate futures, as well as futures on SONIA and SOFR alternative risk free rates. ICE Eris futures are an innovative futures contract that replicate the full economics of an interest rate swap. Chris has more than 14 years’ trading experience in the derivatives markets, and prior to his role at ICE Futures Europe, he was a founding partner and senior trader at Arc Derivatives. Chris holds a first class honours degree in Economics from University of Hertfordshire.
