Deniz Mace-Jones

Deniz Mace-Jones serves as the Global Head of Rates & Credit Product and Electronic Distribution at UBS, bringing over 15 years of expertise in Fixed Income markets amid an era of rapid electronic transformation. With a deep understanding of evolving trading protocols and dynamic market structures, Deniz plays a pivotal role in shaping the future strategy for Rates & Credit at UBS, alongside spearheading various technology initiatives within the bank, including AI. She is a dedicated mentor for junior talent, particularly with apprentices. Deniz is also a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, raising awareness and inclusion of diverse cognitive perspectives to drive better decision-making and problem-solving. Before joining UBS, Deniz honed her skills in Fixed Income electronic & voice Sales at Citi and Deutsche Bank, and began her career at Bloomberg, specialising in FX in Emerging Markets.
