Ines de Trémiolles is Global Head of Trading at BNP Paribas Asset Management, the investment arm of BNP Paribas. Among the top three asset managers in Europe1, the firm manages over €1.6 trillion2 in assets for institutional, corporate, retail, and wealth clients worldwide. BNPP AM has a global network of local experts in 35 countries2, combining global reach with local expertise. BNPP AM’s expertise spans liquid and alternative investments, with a leadership position in long-term savings management for insurers and pension funds3 (€850 billion in assets under management). BNPP AM aims to set a new standard in asset management by harnessing scale, deep expertise, and long-term capital access to deliver sustainable and resilient outcomes for clients and the economy. Ines has around 30 years experience in financial markets, having worked in the past at Citibank in Spain, Lehman Brothers in New York and London and BNP Paribas Global Markets in London and Paris. Since 2021, Ines is based in Paris and is responsible for managing a team of 37 traders over Europe, Asia and the US finding liquidity and executing orders for BNP Paribas Asset Managers portfolio managers. Ines holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Ines has dual citizenship from Argentina and France. In her free time she enjoys Pilates, trecking, reading and opera.
