Laura Carlyle

Laura-Jane Carlyle, Director, is a senior member of the EMEA Rates and Fixed Income ETF Trading Team, focused on G10 Interest Rate Derivatives and cash transactions across Fundamental, Model Based, Index, and Liability Driven accounts. Previously, Laura was a member of the iShares Capital Markets team, responsible for co-leading global strategy with third parties to advance the ETF trading ecosystem and expand distribution channels. Working across key internal and external stakeholders, including; broker-dealers, trading venues, technology providers and fixed income investors. Before joining BlackRock in 2015, Laura worked at BNP Paribas CIB, where she spent 5 years working within FIG on the Structured Derivatives Trading desk. Trading bespoke risk hedging solutions for securitisation and covered bond structures. Laura began her career at BNP Paribas CIB as an interest rate swaps trading analyst. Laura graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) degree in Economics.
