Marcus Miholich

Marcus is a Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors and serves as the Head of Capital Markets EMEA & APAC for the SPDR ETF business.

In his role overseeing the Capital Markets activities for EMEA and APAC, Marcus is responsible for maintaining relationships with market makers, Authorised Participants, regulators, industry associations and Exchanges. In addition, the Capital Markets Team also assists institutional investors and intermediaries with market structure, product, and primary and secondary market liquidity and execution implementation strategies to help clients throughout the trade lifecycle.

Prior to joining State Street SPDR ETFs in September 2017, Marcus was a Managing Director at Haitong Securities where he oversaw Delta One, ETF and Cash Equity trading for the EMEA region. Marcus has also held senior roles in Sales and Trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley where he started his career as an Equity Trader.

Marcus holds a BA in Political Science from Vassar College and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Marcus has also served as a Guest Lecturer at the Said Business School at the University of Oxford.
