Michael Beattie

Michael is responsible for Charles River Development’s global trading product strategy, and plays a lead role in shaping the firm’s long term vision for global trading. Michael has focused his 20 year career on financial services technology and the role it plays in shaping market structure. In his previous role at Charles River, Michael was the Director of Product Management responsible for global trading and infrastructure initiatives. In addition, Michael held numerous roles at Fidelity Investments, most recently serving as the Head of Product Management for Fidelity Stock Plan Services. In prior roles at Fidelity, Michael was responsible for multi-asset electronic trading initiatives for the Fidelity Capital Markets trading desk. Michael earned an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Economics, Finance, and Econometrics from Boston College. Michael also holds Series 7 and 24 (FINRA) licenses.
