Nicholas Bean

Nicholas Bean is the Global Head of Bloomberg's Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) business. He is responsible for the strategy and operations of Bloomberg's trading platforms and related technologies across the Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Futures & Options and ETF asset classes. Bloomberg's ETS business includes a US SEF, Dutch MTF, UK MTF, Singaporean RMO and Japanese ETP. Notably Nicholas is the CEO of Bloomberg’s regulated trading entities in Europe. Also within his purview are Bloomberg's regulatory reporting and compliance (trade and communication) solutions. He joined Bloomberg in 2014 as Global Head of the Fixed Income Electronic Trading product, having spent the prior 17 years at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America in various positions across the firm's Fixed Income Electronic Trading business.
