Solenn Maton is Head of Trading Analytics at MarketAxess where she is dedicated to empowering clients with actionable, data-driven insights. She spearheads the research and development of quantitative solutions and products focused on execution quality, liquidity measurement and dealer selection. Under her leadership, the trading analytics team equips both buy-side and sell-side clients with the tools to make smarter decisions—defining what, how, and with whom to trade. Solenn manages the end-to-end analytics suite, championing transparency and efficiency throughout the trade lifecycle and enabling clients to optimize their trading workflow. Solenn holds a MSc in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Master's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics & Quantitative Finance from ENSAE ParisTech.
