Susi de Verdelon

Susi de Verdelon is Head of SwapClear and Listed Rates at LCH, responsible for driving performance and growth, and ensuring the continued resilience of the SwapClear and Listed Rates business. Susi’s focus on innovation includes capital optimisation through LCH’s compression services, delivering the next phases of LCH’s portfolio margining services and exploring further opportunities in the cleared OTC interest rates market.

Prior to joining LCH in 2017, Susi was a Managing Director in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs, where she led the European front office team in charge of cross-asset regulatory change for the trading floor. Susi holds an MA in economics and management from Oxford University.
