Tom Philpot is part of Vanguard's ETF Capital Markets team in London, within the Investment Management Division. He is responsible for advancing the liquidity, market quality and trading performance of Vanguard's fixed income UCITS ETFs through engagement with key participants across the ETF and fixed income ecosystem. Working closely with ETF & fixed income market makers/dealers, trading venues and intermediaries, Tom helps to support efficient fixed income ETF markets and positive investor outcomes.
