Tommaso Di Grazia

Tommaso graduated with an Economics degree in Florence and began his career in a tech start-up that was later listed on the Italian stock exchange. In 2001, he moved to London where he worked at EuroMTS while the company was in its early stages, holding several positions within product management and client services until the firm's acquisition by LSEG. He joined ION in 2007 to look after product development for algorithmic trading tools in the FICC division. During his ION career, he has worked in various roles and divisions up to leading the design and development of the ION market marking solution, integrating connectivity, pricing and risk, trading tools, clients management and analytics. This significantly expanded ION's product offering and client base. In 2014, Tommaso was appointed as Head of EMEA Client Services, managing various functions including implementation, business analysis, and product management. He has been in his current role since 2019, responsible for fixed income product development globally.
