Victoria Webster is Managing Director of Fixed Income at AFME, where she leads the association’s work across the Primary Dealers and Credit Boards. Since joining in 2015, she has played a central role in shaping policy, regulation, and market structure across Europe’s fixed income landscape. With over 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, broking, and market making, Victoria brings a broad and practical perspective to industry challenges. Prior to AFME, she was at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on the evolution of electronic trading in fixed income markets.
