Will Boeckman

Will Boeckman is the Head of Fixed Income Platform Sales at Citadel Securities, which provides liquidity across US rates and credit products to 1000+ institutional clients across 50+ countries. Will manages relationships with 150+ clients across the U.S., including some of the largest asset managers, hedge funds and banks. He is also responsible for driving the expansion of the firm’s electronic rates and credit businesses. Will’s dual role as Head of Fixed Income Platform Sales and relationship manager uniquely enables him to help clients optimize their electronic trading processes and develop solutions that fit their respective needs.

Will joined the Citadel Securities Rates Sales team in 2018 and became Head of E-Sales in May of 2020. Will was promoted to his current role in May 2023, following the launch of the Citadel Securities credit business. Will was a 2020 Business Insider Rising Star. Prior to joining Citadel Securities, he worked at JP Morgan in rates and equity derivatives sales. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.
