Zara Pratley

Zara Pratley is a managing director, head of European sales at Tradeweb and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. She joined Tradeweb in June 2015 as a managing director, head of client solutions, responsible for developing buy-side client solutions and managing the specialist sales function in Europe. Before Tradeweb, Zara worked at Goldman Sachs as head of European credit sales. Prior to this, Zara was co-head of European flow credit derivatives marketing at JP Morgan, where she significantly grew the nascent credit derivative business across Europe, and a credit trader at Rabobank. After university, Zara joined the Barclays graduate program and subsequently held various management positions, including marketing custody and clearing services in Paris and managing a credit team in Munich. Zara holds a BA Joint Hons Business Studies, French and German.
