Thierry de Vergnes is the Former Global Head of Debt Fund Management of Lyxor Debt Fund Management activities: a business ( fka Egret Management LLP) that he founded and managed for Société Générale Group until its sale in January 2017. Mr de Vergnes joined Societe Generale in April 2004 as Managing Director of Projects and Development within the Leveraged Finance team. In 2005, he initiated the formation of Egret Management LLP, now Lyxor AM UK, which, since its formation, has raised more than 1 billion € invested in sub investment grade loans and bonds through a CLO and debt funds. Prior to this Mr de Vergnes was co-head of Indosuez Capital, the US based Merchant Banking and Asset Management arm of Credit Agricole Indosuez (currently known as Credit Agricole Corporate Investment Banking) that he had joined in 1995, and was Head of the Merchant Banking activity. As co-head of Indosuez Capital, Mr de Vergnes participated in management and served on investment committees of five CDO funds totaling more than $2 billion in aggregate (75% leveraged loans, 25% High Yield bonds). Mr de Vergnes began his career in Paris at Indosuez in the Credit Department before transferring to the Equity Capital Department and moving to London in the Corporate Finance activity. He has particular experience in the Cable, Healthcare Services, Waste Management Services and IT sectors. Mr de Vergnes is French, has a degree in Mining Engineering, an MBA degree from the Institut Français du Petrole and is registered with the FCA.

Brigitte Posch is Head of Barings’ Emerging Markets Corporate Group. Brigitte is the lead portfolio manager for this strategy, as well as the Emerging Markets Debt Short Duration strategy.. Brigitte has worked in the industry since 1992 and her experience has encompassed emerging markets structured credit, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds and loans. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, she was an executive vice president portfolio manager – head of emerging markets corporates at PIMCO. Before PIMCO, she was a managing director and head of Latin America securitization and trading at Deutsche Bank. She was previously a Director with Ambac where she was responsible for developing asset- and mortgage-backed securities in emerging markets. Prior to Ambac, she was vice president and senior credit officer with Moody’s Investors Service where she was responsible for rating asset- and mortgage-backed securities in Latin America. She also held positions in Sao Paulo, Brazil at Banco Inter-Atlantico/Credit Agricole, Citibank and ABN AMRO. Brigitte holds a B.A. from Mackenzie University of Sao Paulo.

Andy Ross is the CEO of Curve Global. In his current role, he is responsible for the management of Curve Global, its build of open interest, product innovation and key stakeholder management. Andy’s aim is to build Curve Global into a best in class fixed income futures derivative exchange. Andy joined Curve Global in 2016. Andy was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was the Global Head of Listed Electronic Execution & European Head of Derivatives Clearing. Andy joined Morgan Stanley in June 1998 as an analyst in Operations, serving in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. Following a short stint at Deutsche Bank, Andy returned to Morgan Stanley in June 2004, with promotion to Vice President in Operations. After a diverse career in Operations, Andy moved to the Counterpart Portfolio Management where he was promoted to an Executive Director. Andy then lead the OTC clearing business in Europe and was promoted to Managing Director. Andy was responsible for listed and OTC clearing in Europe and global electronic listed execution in his last role at Morgan Stanley. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree (2.1) from the University of Edinburgh. Andy is a known industry expert, and heavily involved in a number of key industry initiatives in the listed, OTC and counterparty risk management space; including having previously served on CCP risk committees and industry association boards. Based in London, Andy resides in Buckinghamshire, with his wife Sam, their daughter Lottie and his twin boys Elliott and Jackson.

Nathalie Masset is Head of Fixed Income at Euronext, and since 2011 has been in charge of developing the retail regulated market as well as the institutional MTF offer.

Nathalie has over 20 years of experience in European market infrastructures; she started her career at Matif SA, the French futures exchange and since then, held several positions of increasing responsibility at Euronext Group in an international environment. Prior to joining the stock exchange, Nathalie worked as a business and IT consultant at organizations such as Capgemini and Axime/Logica where she managed various projects and audits in the financial markets space.

Nathalie holds a Master’s degree from Paris-X University; she is a member of the ICMA Regional Committee for France & Monaco and Vice-Chairman of the FESE Fixed Income Committee.

Gerben Everts is Board Member of the AFM, starting in 2011. His main areas of responsibility are: regulation of capital markets, infrastructure, asset management, financial reporting, corporate governance and auditing. He is a member of the IOSCO, ESRB and IFIAR Boards and Chair of the Monitoring Group. He came from Dutch asset manager APG and held several ancillary (inter)national positions in the field of financial reporting, auditing and corporate governance for representative organizations of institutional investors. From 2002 to 2006 he worked in Brussels for the European Commission, DG Internal Market. There he was directly involved, inter alia, in the coordination of the Financial Services Action Plan of Commissioner Frits Bolkestein. Everts worked from 1998 to 2002 at the Dutch Treasury where he was involved in the introduction of independent public supervision on financial reporting, market abuse legislation and EU Council negotiations on IFRS and takeover bids. Everts studied both Economics and Law from 1989 to 1996, started as an auditor at Price Waterhouse, and became CPA in 1998.

Mark Goodman originally joined SBC Warburg in 1997 and has worked in a variety of Electronic Equity Distribution roles throughout his career with UBS in both London and New York. In 2009 he joined Societe Generale to head their electronic business for Cash Equities and Equity Derivatives.

In 2015 Mark re-joined UBS as Global Head of Electronic Execution for agency services across FX, Rates, Futures and Credit.
