BAS is Director Capital Markets at Grupo Caja de Ingenieros.  Bas is responsible for the Capital Market team. With respect of the activity in the Fixed Income market, his teams manages the ALM portfolio, the trading book and advises institutional clients in the portfolios with government debt and credit products.
